We’re excited to bring the family together for an unforgettable reunion in Chicago, IL! This is your one-stop page that has all the details you’ll need, including registration information, hotel details, schedule, and more.
This year, we’re celebrating in the heart of downtown Chicago with the theme "Windy City Wonders!" Get ready for a weekend filled with family, fun, and exploring the iconic sights, flavors, and culture of the Windy City.

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to help us finalize headcounts for hotel accommodations and group activities. Your timely response is critical for securing the best rates on both the hotel and attractions.
Important Note:
In order to receive a complimentary conference room for our reunion gatherings, we must book at least 20 hotel rooms within our group block. If we do not meet this minimum, the cost to rent the conference room will be $800 per day, which may require us to increase the registration cost to cover this expense.
For this reason, we strongly encourage everyone to plan to stay at the host hotel and RSVP early to help us meet our goal. Thank you for your cooperation.
When RSVPing:
- Adults (18 and older) should each fill out the form separately.
- Children (17 and under) should be listed on their parent’s or guardian’s registration form.

🏨 Hotel & Accommodations
We are finalizing hotel options and will share details soon! In the meantime, attendees can expect to pay $250–$275 per night for accommodations.
📢 The more rooms we book, the better the rates! We encourage everyone to stay at the same hotel to maximize group discounts and keep the reunion fun and convenient for all.

Day 1: Friday, July 25 – Arrival & Welcome Dinner
🕒 4:00 pm | Family Check-in at the Hotel
🕒 6:30 pm | Welcome Dinner in hotel conference room
Day 2: Saturday, July 26 – Exploring Chicago
🎭 Dress Code: For the daytime activities, please wear your reunion shirt on Saturday. There is no official attire for dinner.

🕒 9:00 am | Gather in Hotel Conference Room
🕒 9:30 am - 11:30 am | Sightseeing & Activities

🕒 12:00 - 2:30 pm | Lunch & Zoo (or Free Time/Alternative Activity)
- Lincoln Park Zoo with the kiddos 🏅♿ (Shaded seating and rest areas available)
- For those that don't want to go to Lincoln Park Zoo, there are a number of other activities you can do around town:
- Lake Michigan: Rent bikes or take a walk along the lakefront trail.
- 31st Street or Oak Street Beaches: Enjoy a restful day with your feet in the sand
- Navy Pier: Take a ride on the Ferris Wheel for stunning views of the city.
