Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are applied directly to the skin. This includes, but is not limited to, soaps, body butters, body oils, scrubs, facial care, beard care, and other skincare items.

Because these products are considered personal care and hygiene items, we cannot guarantee their integrity once they leave our facility.

Eligible Returns

We do accept returns on unopened, unused products that are not applied directly to the skin, such as:

  • Soap pads
  • Sealed gift sets
  • Other eligible accessories

These items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please start a return directly through your customer account:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Select Manage under the affected order
  4. Click Request a Return and follow the prompts

This allows us to review and resolve your request as quickly as possible.
