Due to the nature of our handmade skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

🌿 Handmade Soap Care

Natural soaps are rich in oils and butters that nourish the skin, but they also absorb water easily. Here's how to help your bar last:

1. Keep It Dry Between Uses 🚫💧
   Store your soap on a well-draining dish—like a wooden slotted soap dish or wire rack—to avoid it sitting in water and becoming mushy.
2. Allow Airflow 🌬️
   Let your soap dry completely between uses. Proper airflow extends the life of your bar.
3. Cut Larger Bars ✂️
   Slice your soap into halves or thirds. Smaller pieces are easier to manage and allow you to rotate scents.
4. Avoid Direct Sunlight ☀️🚫
   Natural colorants and essential oils can fade when exposed to light. Keep your soap in a cool, shaded space.
5. Use a Soap Saver Bag 🛍️
   These reusable bags help exfoliate, create lather, and hang dry easily between showers.

🧴 Body Butter Care

Our whipped body butters are heat-sensitive and melt easily due to their natural composition. Here’s how to keep them at their best:

1. Store in a Cool, Dry Place 🌡️
   Keep butters away from direct sunlight or warm spaces like bathrooms or cars.
2. Avoid Water Contact 💦🚫
   Always use dry hands or a spoon to scoop product. Water in the jar can lead to spoilage.
3. Close the Lid Tightly 🔒
   Exposure to air shortens the shelf life—seal it up after every use.
4. Apply to Damp Skin 💧
   Butters work best on damp skin after a shower or bath, locking in moisture naturally.
5. If It Melts During Transit ❄️
   No worries! Just pop it in the fridge for 30–60 minutes to allow it to solidify. Texture may change, but the benefits remain the same. We also highly recommend stocking up during cooler months to avoid shipping (and thus product melting during transit) during warmer months.

Our scrubs contain natural oils and exfoliants like salt, clay, and poppy seeds. Here’s how to care for them:

1. Stir Before Use 🔄
   Oils may settle—simply mix the scrub well before each use.
2. Scoop with Dry Hands or a Spoon 🥄
   Avoid introducing water, which can cause spoilage or bacterial growth.
3. Apply to Wet Skin 🚿
   Massage gently in circular motions, then rinse to reveal smooth, glowing skin.
4. Seal Tightly After Use 🛑
   Keep moisture out and your scrub fresh by closing the lid tightly.
5. If It Melts During Transit ❄️
6. No worries! Just pop it in the fridge for 30–60 minutes to allow it to solidify. Mix well before first use as sugar can settle to the bottom of the jar. We also highly recommend stocking up during cooler months to avoid shipping (and thus product melting during transit) during warmer months.

Herbal salves and balms are made with infused oils  and essential oils to support skin repair and protection.

1. Store in a Cool, Dark Place 🕯️
   Light and heat can break down herbal compounds. A drawer or cabinet is perfect.
2. Use Clean Fingers or a Spatula 👐
   Keep it clean and bacteria-free by using a tool or dry hands.
3. Test on a Small Area First ✅
   Especially for sensitive skin, always patch-test new products before wider application.
4. Keep the Lid Tightly Closed 🔒
   Preserve the aroma and potency of herbal ingredients by sealing after each use.
